We worked with K. Fedewa Builders for a substantial renovation of the first floor of our home, including a complete kitchen and bathroom/laundry room gut and remodel, laying new
hardwood floors throughout, removing mirror walls and wallpaper, and fresh paint throughout. We could not be more pleased with the results and are thoroughly enjoying our new space. The entire team, from start to finish, were professional, informative, and kind. The skilled trades were outstanding to work with. The system for communicating with everyone on the team worked well and was appreciated. We would definitely work with K. Fedewa Builders for future projects! -
We've used K. Fedewa Builders for 3 major projects in our home. We have a new kitchen and addition (sun room) a beautiful garage/out building and now a finished basement. We've enjoyed working with the project managers and have felt they were responsive to our needs as well as organized and timely. We had K. Fedewa Builders do a complete remodel of our kitchen, including the removal of 3 walls. We absolutely love the end result! We found all of the team members and subcontractors to be very professional and highly skilled. We had great communication throughout the process. Myssi communicated several times weekly once construction began and was great at troubleshooting any concerns we had. We are very happy that we chose K. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with K. Fedewa Builders. Alex - the PM - did a great job of communicating deliverables throughout the project, and being on-site daily to answer any questions that may come about. When we had an issue with something, Alex came right over during his personal time to check on everything.

I am very pleased with the work and service K. Fedewa Builders provided, and I love my new home! My project was extensive; the kitchen and master bath were gutted and remodeled, the guest bath updated, the ceiling in the breakfast nook was raised, new flooring and windows throughout the house, all new interior doors, trim and baseboards, and we added a Craftsman style surround to the red brick fireplace and stairwell railing. The project came together beautifully!
Very early in the discussion phase, my furnace blower quit - during 90 degree temps! Kurt very quickly provided reasonable estimates for replacing my 80s furnace, air conditioner, and 80s water heater. The work was scheduled and completed timely and professionally. I knew then my remodel would be in great hands.
About two months into the project, after all the window replacement was completed and demo was done, this snowbird headed out for warmer temps. I had complete confidence leaving my home to Kurt and Alex's supervision . I received status calls and photos. I never worried once about anything that was happening at home - the level of trust that had been established was invaluable to me!
