Position Summary
We’re a growing, family-owned design-build remodeling company looking for an experienced Estimator who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and helping homeowners bring their remodeling dreams to life. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for residential remodeling and new home projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and project scopes.
- Perform site visits and gather project information.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Develop detailed budgets and cost proposals.
- Work closely with our design and production teams throughout the project.
- Help ensure projects are priced competitively while maintaining our quality standards.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience estimating residential remodeling or construction projects, or similar experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
