"I am very pleased with the work and service K. Fedewa Builders provided, and I love my new home! My project was extensive; the kitchen and master bath were gutted and remodeled, the guest bath updated, the ceiling in the breakfast nook was raised, new flooring and windows throughout the house, all new interior doors, trim and baseboards, and we added a Craftsman style surround to the red brick fireplace and stairwell railing. The project came together beautifully!
Very early in the discussion phase, my furnace blower quit - during 90 degree temps! Kurt very quickly provided reasonable estimates for replacing my 80s furnace, air conditioner, and 80s water heater. The work was scheduled and completed timely and professionally. I knew then my remodel would be in great hands.
About two months into the project, after all the window replacement was completed and demo was done, this snowbird headed out for warmer temps. I had complete confidence leaving my home to Kurt and Alex's supervision . I received status calls and photos. I never worried once about anything that was happening at home - the level of trust that had been established was invaluable to me!
