Kurt Fedewa, Owner

Kurt is a second generation custom remodeler and builder with over 25 years of experience. He oversees the entire operation of K. Fedewa Builders. Kurt’s pride in his work is matched only by his desire to see your vision become reality. There’s nothing he loves more than the look on our clients faces when they see their new home, addition or remodel project completed.

Kelly Fedewa, Office Manager

Kelly is Kurt’s “right hand woman” and has been key in the growth and development of the company. Kelly and Kurt work closely to make sure your project is staying on budget and on time. She also handles human resources, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and benefits. If there’s a question regarding financing or status of accounts, Kelly has you covered.

Alex Cruz, Project Manager

With over 16 years of construction experience, Alex brings with him an incredible amount of building knowledge and established relationships with our trusted vendors and tradesmen. Alex is the hub through which all o four projects go through and he will be your main point of contact during the construction phase of your project.

Matt Nelson, Designer / Estimator

Matt has over a decade of experience with Construction and Sales. He comes from a broad background including sales management, estimating and design – all of which have been in the construction and home improvement industry. His role is to lead you through the design phase of the project, ensuring that your wants and desires are accurately and timely relayed to our team of architects, trades and suppliers
