The Ashley project started production in the summer of 2020, but we spent a year designing and planning this project with the homeowners.
The house has been in the family for 2 generations and the current owners plan on living there for a long time, so maximizing the existing space to make it more usable and comfortable for the entire family was their goal.
Adding a full bathroom on the second floor, updating all of the utilities in the house was necessary, and we started at the base frame of the house and insulated it so all of the new utilities would be efficient.
As you can see by the final product we were able to bring both the inside and outside of the home up to date for the homeowner to enjoy for years to come.
